Daniel Gindis founded Ambassador Academy in 2010 to shares his love of competitive academics to students who haven't discovered learning can be fun.

Model UN Club
Model United Nations English enrichment program for high school students that immerses participants in diplomacy, debate, and global problem-solving. Students strengthen advanced English speaking and writing skills through simulations.

Entrepreneur Business Club
“How to Start a Business in Israel” program for kids, where students don’t just learn about entrepreneurship—they build and run a real business together. Participants experience every stage hands-on: ideation, selling, marketing, pricing, fulfillment, teamwork, and leadership.

Extra English Club
English enrichment program that meets once a week as a semester long experience, designed to strengthen students’ confidence, fluency, and communication skills beyond the classroom.

English for Adults
Online English lessons designed to boost confident speaking and real-world professional skills. Participants strengthen communication through practical conversation, presentation practice, and storytelling techniques that help them express ideas clearly, persuasively, and naturally.

We are Anglo olim who made Aliyah, educators who chose to build our lives and our mission in Israel. With over 25 years of combined classroom experience, we bring both professional expertise and a personal understanding of growth, challenge, and belonging. Our goal is to create the kind of education school never was for us—classes that are engaging, meaningful, and empowering. We believe students should feel proud of themselves, discover their potential, and know that their teachers stand beside them, guiding the way.
Daniel Gindis is an experienced English educator focused on clarity, structure, and confidence. He helps students turn uncertainty into progress by breaking complex ideas into simple, achievable steps and creating classrooms where students feel capable and supported.
Jason Kipp is an educator and program builder specializing in Model UN, debate, storytelling, and public speaking. He designs learning experiences that help students find their voice, think critically, and understand the real-world power of communication and leadership.
Sara Kogan is an educator and coordinator who ensures students feel supported both academically and personally. She brings organization, empathy, and consistency, helping programs run smoothly while building trust with students and families.
Together, the Ambassador Team combines experience, vision, and care to deliver education that builds skills, confidence, and identity—helping students grow not only as learners, but as people.

Sometimes the system we love, doesn't have the time to give to every students who needs, and that is where clubs can be there for every student who isn't in English Club can enrich their speaking, socializing and storytelling.
Or Model UN Club where students participate with dozens of schools across the country in national diplomacy simulations that challenge the imagination with real ideas.

Experts
Ambassadors are award winning public speaking, debate, and model UN winners. Those people needed a place to go, and they came here.
Experience
We have been doing this since we were in University and enjoyed it so much that our Academy was founded when our first program was requested for High School
Professional
Model UN amongst other things is by definition a simulation of a professional diplomatic situation with dress code and etiquette. This is often students first professional participation and we are proud to pass it along.
